CD Electrical wire rope hoists are single-speed lifting equipment with lifting speed from 3.5m/min to 8 m/min. MD Electrical wire rope hoists are dual-speed lifting equipment with lifting speed from 3.5/0.35m/min to 8/0.8m/min respond to lifting stability and precision.

Lifting motor

The hoists use ZD, ZDS cone motor with power from 0.8 to 13 kW. Our motors are classified as Class B insulation, or F, H according to customers’ requirements. Our motors have good cooling system, safety, reliable, and high efficiency.

Gearbox

The gearbox is one of the most important parts in electrical hoist, which is designed as  3 stage gear transmission mechanism. The gear and shaft are made of alloy steel with heat-treatment. The body and box cover are made of high-quality cast-iron with good anti-vibration function.

Drum-assemble

Consists of drum cover, drum, shaft, Rope guide, limit switch, steel rope. Drum is made of steel plate or high quality cast-iron and steel. Steel rope type is usually used as GB/T 20118-2006(6*31+1), with features as high strength, anti-impact and lifetime.

Hook

The hooks are designed according to GB/T 1005.1~5-98 standard. The hooks are made of high-forging carbon steel with high duration, such as DG20, with safety factor higher than 5. The one-pulley is used in 0.5 – 5T Hook. The hook with capacity of 10 Tons ore more use two or more pulleys. The hooks are equipped with anti-fall and rotating locking system.

Travelling motor

The hoists use ZDY motor with brake built-in or soft start, with stability operation, smooth stop and high efficiency.
