Hydropower gantry crane

The Hydropower gantry cranes are used to lift the dam gate, trash rack or trash rake grab.

The hydropower gantry cranes is the indispensable device in a hydropower plant.

The Gantry crane structures can have cantilever, single leg, box-type double legs. Two main girder are reinforcement beam, the hoist system is two hook with same capacity and speed, and travels horizontally on the main girder. The lifting mechanism is equipped an altimeter and controller to control the crane location, and limit lifting the height. The anemometer is placed on the top of the crane to stop when the wind speed is over the rated wind speed.

The lifting mechanism is equipped overload protection, travel mechanism with travel limit switch.
