Double girder electrical wire rope hoist

Double girder electrical wire rope hoists are fitted on the top of the bridge and gantry crane, with features such as: work stability, max lifting height.

With light work duty, Double girder crane and double girder gantry crane use CD, MD double girder electrical wire rope hoist with load capacity from 3 tons to 32 tons, lifting height 6m to 30m. With heavy work duty and load of up to 80 tons, the hoists are designed to consist of a moving or static frame.

Lifting assemble consists of the lifting motors, reducer, brake, rope, drum and hook ( the electromagnet or tong are fitted depending on the customers’ requirements). . The frame is built-up to ensure the hoist work durability and hardening.

Traveling assemble consists of the traveling motors, reducer, and the safety device such as: stopper and limit switch.
