Gear-box cover is made of alloy aluminum.

The rope drum is made of high-quality steel. Rope Groove combined with rope guide to avoid wire rope in a mess or kinked.

The Steel rope was imported with tensile strength is 2160N/m2, high safety and lifetime.

Lifting motor is a dual squirrel cage motor, which achieves to ratio 1:6, Motor cover is made of alloy aluminum with high cooler performance. At the end of motor, there is a fan to increase cooling efficiency. The insulator is F class and protection rate is IP54. For variable frequency lifting motor, an encoder is equipped, which usually mounted in end the shaft of motor.

A normally closed Brake integration on the motor, to prevent the load drop when power is off. The Brake clearance is adjusted ( the clearance can be adjusted with the brake spring). When the thickness of a brake pad is lower than the minimum value, the system will be alarm and remind the user to replace. Dual-disc brakes are safe and reliable. The brake torque is not less than 1.8 times of the rate torque of motor and the braking time can be up to 1 million and not need to maintain in safe time.

Gear box cover is made of alloy aluminum, light weight and corrosive-resistance. The lubricant in enclosed box allowed the gear is lubricated and no oil-changer in the specified time. The gear is temperate and machined with high precision to ensure the smooth operation.

The lifting limiter of European standard hoist uses the precision gear to control the limiter. When the hook is in upper limit position ( or lower), the circuit turn off to stop the lifting motor.

The electronic overload limits ( with display) ensure the hoist can not lift the load over the rated lifting capacity. When the tensile force of rope is greater than 105% of rated value, the limiter will turn off the lifting circuit.
