Steel structures are assembled of structural steel components to transmission and carry loads. With high tensile strength, the steel structure are often used in the building such as: Heavy industrial factory, high-rise building, steel bridges, airport… Structural steels have various kinds of shape and dimension such as I-beam, HSS, Channel, angle or plate… which is suitable to each project’s applicable specification. The structure might be used in industrial, office, and building. The tower-shape structures are used in various kinds of field such as power transmission, radar, mobile towers….

Steel structure manufacturing process in An Thinh

Steel structures are fabricated in An Thinh Factory consists of periods such as: Cutting, welding, surface cleaning and painting, which are strictly inspected to ensure all our products reach the international standard.

Cutting

The raw plates are cut from steel plates or steel coils by cnc cutting machine or plasma according to the design.

Drilling

After cutting, the plates are punched or drilled by CNC machine and assembling

Welding

After assembling, the components are tack-welded and complete welded by automatic chain weld or semi-auto weld machine… The welds are made according to Viet Nam standard.

Surface cleaning

Structure surfaces are handled by shoot blasting and rusting before painting.

Paint

The structure surfaces will be inspected after cleaning. If it is qualified, the structural will be painted with two protection layers and one anti-rust layer. The paint’s color is depended on the design or the customers’ requirements.
