The beam-launching cranes

The beam launching cranes are unique cranes, which are designed to lift and transport the precast concrete beam and the pre-engineer steel beam in the bridge construction and highway industry. We provide the crane with a lifting capacity of up to 300 tons, a telescope span of up to 30m and a lifting height of to 60m.

The crane consists of the main girder, crane, front leg, rear leg, front leg cylinder, rear leg cylinder, and the transverse connection of the front, middle, and rear legs.

The crane structures are designed with a truss-type or box-shape type, which relies on the lifting capacity, the operation environment, or the customer’s requirement.

The design not only meets the standard setup, but also meets the cross, curve erection, variable span erection, span continuous beam, concrete beam, and steel beam.

The control parts are composed of a hydraulic system, and an electric control system.
