The Installation Process
Before installation, our crane has been ensured for technical requirements according to the approval design-drawing, without parts as operation – cabin, electrical bracket bar, collector, which will be assembled in job-site.
- Our Crane and components are painted with anti-rust paint and coating paint.
- Assemble two end carriages to end main girder.
- Assemble other parts as: platform, electric bar, catwalk, handrail…
- Lift Crane structure to the runway – rail by two similar capacity mobile crane
- Lift the cabin to the installation position.
- Lift the maintenance platform to the position ( if available)
- Install the protection cover to the main girder
- Lift the hoist and install to the main girder.
- Install Crane and lifting systems’ conductor.
- Install power from electric source to the electric cabinet and operation room.
- Inspect and complete the installation.
Installation of 32 tons gantry crane
